Adds Portuguese (Brazil) Language to BlackHawk.
1, To switch to the new language - type “about:config” in the address bar and press ENTER
2, Find the setting general.useragent.locale which is set to “en-US” by default. Double-click it to change it
3, Enter the language code for your locale: pt-BR
4, Restart browser
